Job challenges after vocational trainings
So many girls and boys are doing vocational training courses after they finish school education. There are lots of Government and private institutes doing vocational training programs. But students have challenge to find a job after they finish their training.
පාසල් අධ්යාපනය අවසන් කරන බොහෝ දෙනා වෘත්තීය පුහුණු පාඨමාලාවන් සදහා යොමුවෙති. මේ සදහා රාජ්ය හා පෞද්ගලික අංශයේ වෘත්තිය පුහුණුව සිදුකරන ආයතන බොහෝ තිබේ. නමුත් මෙම පුහුණුව හදාරා අවසන්වන සිසුන්ට විධිමත් රැකියා අවස්ථාවක් ලබා ගැනීම අභියෝගයක් වී ඇත. එම අභියෝගය ජය ගත හැක්කේ කෙසේද යන්න විමසා බැලීමක්.
