Sumith Kumara is 40 years old father living in Matara Welegoda. He fill an application to one of high school in Matara to put his elderst son. School inspectors came to check his living place. But at that time nobody was in the house. Because of this reason he canno’t put his child to that school. Although intercession of human rights commission, his problem was resolved.
මාතර වෙළේගොඩ පදිංචි සුමිත් කුමාර දෙදරු පියෙකි. මොහුගේ වැඩිමහල් දරුවා මාතර නගරයේ ප්රසිද්ධ පාසලකට ඇතුලත් කිරීම සදහා අයදුම් කරන ලදී. නමුත් පාසලෙන් නිවස පිහිටි ස්ථානය පරික්ෂා කිරීම සදහා නිවසට පැමිණි දිනයේ නිවසේ කිසිවකු නොසිටින ලදී. මේ හේතුවෙන් සුමිත් කුමාරෙග් දරුවාට පාසලට ඇතුලත්වීමේ අවස්ථාව අහිමිවෙන ලද අතර ශ්රී ලංකා මානව හිමිකම් කොමිසන් සභාවේ මැදිහත්වීමෙන් සුමිත් කුමාරගේ ගැටළුව නිරාකරනය කිරීමට හැකිවිය.
