Pentavalent Vaccine
The Health Ministry has decided to give the Pentavalent vaccine once again to patients suffering from Influenza, Whooping Cough, Hepatitis and Tetanus. The vaccine that was administered to patients in 2008 was stopped temporarily due to various complications due to the vaccination. The health Ministry decided to re-administer the vaccine on the 1st following a series of consultations between the World Health Organization and Sri Lankan health experts.
ඉන්ෆුවෙන්සා ,කක්කල් කැස්ස,පිටගැස්ම,හෙපටයිටීස් යන රෝගී තත්වයන් සඳහා පෙන්ටාවේලන්ට් නැමති එන්නත නැවත ලබා දීම සඳහා සෞඛය අමාත්යාංශය තීරණය කරයි. 2008 වසරේ මෙම එන්නත ලබා දුනනද එම එන්නත ලබා දීමේදී ඇතිවූ සංකූලතාවයන් සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින් මෙම එනනත ලබා දීම නවතා තිබූ අතර පසුව ලොක සෞඛය සංවිධානය හා ශ්රී ලංකා සෞඛය විද්වතුන් මඟින් නිර්ද්ශ කළ කමිටුවක් හරහාත් අනුමැතය ලබා ගනිමින් මෙම එන්නත නැවත ලබා දීමට තීරණය කර තිබේ.
